Talking

The Christmas holiday has brought out the talker in young Louis. This morning after Mary had left for work Louis and I were having our cereal. As I cleaned up my bowl I heard Louis chattering away. I thought he was just babbling but after listening a bit closer I heard him singing his own little song. It went something like this:

"Mommy work. Work work work Mommy. Mommy Mommy work work work."

Yesterday when it was just Louis and me at home he practiced his newest phrase over and over and over again.

He'd point at things throughout the house and say "I want that", well it was more like "I wan dat." While it's terribly cute now I'm imagining how cute it will be after the 4,000th time!
